You Can’t See The Join!
How refreshing it is to meet hard-working, conscientious, tidy and polite builders. We recently had a side bedroom extension fitted to our Park Home, nearly doubling the size of the original room.
We commissioned Prestige Developments of Wellingborough Northants to carry out this work for us. It was done with the least fuss and mess and the company was most helpful at every stage. The finished project blends in perfectly with the rest of the home.

Going Higher
A few months ago my wife and I wrote in praise of Prestige Developments after they had fitted double glazing to our Park Home. They have recently returned and carried out a Decra roof conversion. Once again the work was carried out with a minimum of fuss to a very high standard, and my wife and I are delighted with the result.

A Quality Job at a Competitive Price
I am a new convert to Park Homes and living on a park. I moved in September last year, originally keen to buy a bungalow for my retirement years that would be easy to maintain.
By chance I was given a back issue of Park Home and Holiday Caravan magazine and after visiting several sites I purchased an Omar Marshmoor Villa.
I was anxious to bring it up to date and alter it to suit my needs so I rang the manufacturer for advice on such things as a new tiled roof, doors etc. and was advised to contact Prestige Developments of Wellingborough, Northants. This I did and the company has just completed a major renovation for me – removal and replacement of all outer wall coverings, new tiled roof and replacement doors. This was accomplished over a four day period in weather that would have tested the patience of a saint.

From my initial contact with one of the partners in the company I found the progress of the job was excellent. In fact the quotation and specification I received was far superior to others I’d had for the same work.
I felt I must write and reiterate the various comments that I’ve seen in the magazine about Prestige Developments. It is a company with a service back up to be proud of.

Excellent Service
I am writing to tell you about the excellent work done recently for me by Prestige Developments. I have a Canadian Cedarwood holiday chalet which overlooks the estuary near Aberdovey in Wales. This had a traditional felt roof which needed replacement and I was recommended to Prestige Developments. They have just fitted a Decra tiled roof which is an excellent lightweight tiling system. The finished job is far superior to standard felting and the life of the roof will be considerably longer.
The job was completed absolutely on time and within budget and throughout we had first class personal service from Mr. Silvano Geranio, one of the partners in the business. In an age where we have become used to second-rate service and broken promises, it has been so refreshing to deal with a company which aims for, and achieves such high standards of customer service.

Taking Pride in Their Work
We have just had double glazed windows fitted by Prestige Developments of Northamptonshire. We picked this company after reading Park Home & Holiday Caravan magazine. It was a dreadful day, pouring with rain and blowing a gale, but the two fitters (Mark & Pete) arrived at 8 am both days after a long journey.
Although they were both soaked to the skin they did a first class job, no grumbles, no moans. They were a credit to their company. I wish there were more workmen like them who take a pride in their work.

Immaculate Service
I want to put on record how pleased I am with the work carried out by Prestige Developments on my Park Home. The transformation is beyond my expectations – the company certainly lives up to its claim of being professional.
After just three days the workers left just as pleasantly as when they had arrived. The only evidence that work had taken place was the result – very commendable.
The company’s swift quotation followed by immaculate service cannot be faulted. I do hope they receive more work as a result of this super example left in Princethorpe

A Job Well Done
I felt I had to write to let you know how delighted my wife and I have been with the double glazing installation carried out on our Park Home by Prestige Developments who are based at Wellingborough, Northants.
I was most impressed with the way in which Prestige’s workers carried out the job and the high standard that they achieved. My wife’s fears for her new carpets were totally unfounded, not a mark to be seen. In fact the whole place, inside and out was spotless when they left.
As I am sure most readers are aware, it can be quite traumatic when a number of total strangers descend upon your home and begin to tear it to pieces, but the professionalism and cheerful attitude of the Prestige workers allowed us to feel that we could happily leave them to it.

As a result of our satisfaction with the work carried out, we have now asked Prestige to quote us for a pitch roof conversion to our home.
