It’s not only the main park home that we can refurbish. Porches can suffer the same age and weather related issues which should be attended to without delay.
Porches provide a very useful purpose, adding additional space and a useful area to store shoes, boots and coats, so it’s vital that they are water tight and draught free.
This porch was presented to us in a very distressed condition and it was immediately decided to retain the porch feature and refurbish this as we were carrying out a complete refurbishment of the home.
