Prestige Developments

Prestige Developments (Park Homes) Limited was formed in April 1991 by three Directors who had already successfully built up the first and largest national refurbishment Company for one of Europe’s largest manufacturers.

Prestige Developments quickly became the market leader in park home refurbishment and set about growing and expanding the brand. By 2001, our uPVC Fabrication Company Prestige Plastics Limited was born from a desire to supply high quality windows, doors, porches and conservatories uniquely designed for the specific requirements of Park Homes.

Our philosophy and ethos has always been the same; to provide the very latest products to the highest possible specifications at competitive prices, and to back this up with the industry’s finest installation teams, and first-class customer service and aftercare.

Our Location

Our base is located in Wellingborough, in the heart of the United Kingdom. However, we work with customers Nationwide to ensure our quality refurbishment services are available across the country.

Our Team

Office Manager

Having clocked up a total of 25 years with Prestige, Kaz is our Office Manager and looks after the day-to-day financial tasks of the business. She also supports our busy workforce in her HR capacity. Kaz enjoys travel and likes to go away on holiday at every opportunity.

Jackie

Sales Administration

As well as also being one of the first people you will come into to contact with on the phone, Jackie has just celebrated 20 years with Prestige and she supports our busy sales team, processing our quotes and orders and assisting our customers with their questions and requests. Jackie likes to attend scent work trials and spends time training her two beautiful labradors, Jessie and Abbi.

Justin has worked with Prestige since 2004. Once an engineer on the “Tools”. Now heading up our sales team. With a firm understanding of Park Homes, he works closely with customers to give good advice and great looking homes.

Operations

After working on the tools at Prestige for more than 25 years, Stuart is now an integral part of the office-based operations team as the link between our customers and site personnel. His practical experience and rapport with our customers ensure that our installations run smoothly. Stuart enjoys family time with his two daughters as well as supporting his favourite team, Liverpool.

Operations Manager

Ryan our Operations Manager organises our teams of experienced engineers, co ordinating their work across the country. Adhering to schedules and customer requests, ensuring our customers are looked after not only for the duration of the project but the years to follow too.

Connor

One of the first people you will come into to contact with on the phone, Connor also assists Kaz in general administration and financial tasks. Connor’s beat box skills are impressive, and he enjoys gaming and listening to music in his spare time. He makes a good cuppa too!

Overseeing the business, working with operations and sales. Enjoying the engagement with customers and park home sites. Along with conducting a busy, well established workforce.
