About Prestige Developments
Prestige Developments (Park Homes) Limited was formed in April 1991 by three Directors who had already successfully built up the first national refurbishment Company for one of Europe’s largest manufacturers. Prestige Developments quickly took over the Number 1 spot in the field, and set about growing and expanding the brand! By 2001, our uPVC Fabrication Company Prestige Plastics Limited was born from a desire to supply high quality windows, doors, porches and conservatories uniquely designed for the specific requirements of Park Homes.
In 2007 we formed Prestige Park and Leisure Homes, which has now established itself as one of Europe’s largest and most successful manufacturers of Park Homes and Lodges. Since then, Homeseeker Homes has been acquired to expand our portfolio of companies and further cement our position in the industry as the market leaders.
Our philosophy and ethos is, and has always been the same; to provide the very latest products to the highest possible specifications at competitive prices, and to back this up with the industry’s finest installation teams, and first class customer service and aftercare.
Meet the Team
Everyone at Prestige Developments plays an important role to ensure we provide exceptional customer service from initial contact to final completion. We have a team of dedicated and committed members of staff who are here to make sure everything is handled promptly, professionally and to your total satisfaction.
Here are some key members of staff you will be likely to be in contact with…
Keith is the driving force behind Prestige Developments. As a founding member of the company, he has a passion and absolute knowledge of park homes being able to identify any park home from a brief description over the phone. There isn’t much Keith hasn’t seen or done to a park home needing a new lease of life and regularly performs magical transformations to people’s lives and homes on a weekly basis.
Keith travels extensively across the UK to personally inspect and advise customers on their home refurbishments.
Along with Keith, Mick is one of the founder members of Prestige Developments 25 years ago back in 1991. He is still full of health and vitality with an ongoing passion for the park home industry, which he has been involved in throughout his working career. Mick oversees the many installations that are carried out each month across the UK.
John is responsible for the entire project once an order is in the system. From dealing with suppliers to despatching teams of engineers across the UK, he carefully manages and orchestrates all projects from his office.
As a cricket umpire, John is eagle eyed and won’t take any nonsense, so he’s the perfect person to keep everything under control and won’t let anything stump him.
Alex assists John as part of the Operations Team and is the glue that binds all the departments ordering and scheduling jobs. She is about to celebrate 10 years at Prestige.
Ade is the Workshop Manager and is a crucial member of the team preparing all materials ready for despatch from our factory. From bay windows, cavity wall panels, to porches and extensions, Ade can be relied upon to make sure our engineers are despatched with everything they need to transform yet another home.
Jackie is responsible for the finances of the company dealing with all invoicing, purchasing and credit control which she handles in her stride. Described by her colleagues as the ‘young one’ she is also the fittest… being the outdoors type she goes fishing, cycling and walks her two gun dogs.
National Sales / Surveyor
Nick has a combined role dealing with customer’s sales enquiries and is our resident surveyor. He travels the width and breadth of the UK advising upon and inspecting homes ready for imminent refurbishment. After 13 years with Prestige, he has taken up the challenge to compete the London Marathon this year… we wish him luck!
Ryan is the young blood in the company although he has now been with us for over 5 years. He is a vital part of the operations team and ensures our engineers are adequately put up for the night in hotels which they approve of. He is also ‘in training’ to be our future Health & Safety officer.
