Prestige Chassis Services
The Prestige Developments Chassis Service has been designed to attend to the most crucial area of a park home. Our services include a complete appraisal of your home’s chassis and a complete reconditioning and restorative procedure is applied to maintain the integrity of your chassis which is guaranteed for 10 years.
Our Service Includes:
- A site survey to ensure what works are required.
- Then, a full rub down of the metal work chassis, removing the surface rust.
- Tightening the coach bolts, bolts which hold the homes floor to the chassis, usually this is a reason for squeaky floors!
- Thoroughly recoating the metalwork in a rust resistant paint, giving a finish like new.
- Fit all new galvanised tripod jacks to the crucial areas of the chassis to stabilise and strengthen the home.
- Areas such as washing machines, large fish tanks or areas with increased weight, we strengthen using steels and timbers for reassurance.

Underfloor Insulation
As part of our Chassis Services, we also offer Under floor Insulation. This provides additional protection to the home and chassis.
Not only increasing the insulation values to your home but protecting it from pests, draughts and cold spots.
Our Service Includes:
- A site survey to ensure what works are required.
- Tailoring solid core, foil backed insulation, measured, and installed accurately.
- Fitted with washer bolts to hold securely in place.
- Then sealed with Temperature controlled foam, which ensures no gaps.
- NO FOIL BLANKETS, NO STICKY TAPE, which ensures a secure draught free finish which lasts for years.
- Rodent and Moisture repellent, giving even better results when added to our Cavity Wall insulation system. Wrapping your home in a Prestige blanket.
